Man ZHANG was born in China, on November 30, 1987. She received the B.S. and M.S. degree in Geographic Information System from the Beijing Normal University. After participating in the Student Volunteer Program at SIGGRAPH Asia 2011 Hong Kong, she made up her mind to change the major to Computer Science. In Oct 2013, she began her doctoral study at department of computer science, the University of Tsukuba. Her research interests include GUI generally, and current focus is on user interface for the design of tangible things (e.g. Lego block, Nanoblock).
